Craig Foldes most recently served as Global Head of AI at Crocs, where he led enterprise-wide adoption of everyday AI across Crocs and HEYDUDE. He is now the Founder & CEO of ChatWalrus, training $50M+ retail, CPG, and F&B brands to turn AI into faster, sharper team output. Craig also runs Off the Record, a private community where 400+ founders and CEOs learn directly from multibillion-dollar brand leaders. Earlier in his career he led growth and product at Shinesty, founded Dirt Road Travels, and earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Dale has over four decades of experience in business strategy and operations, is a seasoned entrepreneur, and a former enterprise technology consultant. She has successfully founded and led companies in the restaurant, retail, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors, giving her firsthand insight into what it takes to grow in competitive, fast-moving markets.
